Terms / Copyright

Effective date: May 4, 2026.

Kyezo ("we", "us", "our") provides a discovery and identity platform for combat-sports fighters and fans. By accessing or using Kyezo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1) Using Kyezo

You may use Kyezo only in compliance with applicable law and platform rules. You are responsible for your activity on the service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2) Billing and paid features

If you purchase paid features, billing and renewal are handled by our payment provider. Cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the provider's policies and applicable law.

3) Embedded video and external content

Kyezo embeds and links to publicly available third-party videos, including YouTube videos. Kyezo does not host those videos. Rights remain with the original uploader, platform, creator, or rightsholder. Kyezo indexes public metadata for discovery.

We use the official embedded player and do not download, rehost, clip, mirror, or edit third-party video files unless explicitly authorized.

4) Copyright and removal requests

If you believe a listing is incorrect or infringes your rights, submit the video URL, your name, email, and a short explanation through our removal form: Request removal.

We review reports in good faith and may remove or hide links/metadata, request more information, and limit visibility while a report is reviewed.

5) No endorsement or ownership claim

Unless explicitly stated, Kyezo is not endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube, UFC, ONE Championship, or other promotions. Kyezo does not claim ownership of third-party footage shown via embeds or links.

6) Availability and platform changes

Third-party videos may become private, deleted, geo-restricted, or otherwise unavailable at any time. We may remove unavailable or reported content and do not guarantee continued availability of any external video.

7) Disclaimer and liability limits

Kyezo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
